Shipping

Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed. Any weekend, holiday, or expedited order placed after 3pm EST will ship on the next business day. We will provide a UPS tracking number once your order has shipped. Ali & Jay cannot guarantee transit time as unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery once your package has left our facility.

Ali & Jay ships to the United States and most international addresses. We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses.

FREE for orders shipped within the continental US. Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days.

UPS 2-day
$20 Estimated delivery: 2 business days.

UPS Overnight
$30 Estimated delivery: 1 business day.

International
$58 Estimated delivery: 5 -10 business days. UPS Worldwide. Customer is responsible for duties, taxes and return shipping. Order minimum: $500.

Returns & Exchanges

All returns must be requested within 7 days from date of receipt and return packages must be postmarked no later than 15 days from date of original purchase. Regularly priced merchandise may be returned for a full refund within the aforementioned time period. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged.

All returned items must be sent in their original packaging with all tags attached. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged.

Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. We do not refund original or return shipping charges and we recommend that you use a shipper that allows tracking (USPS Priority Mail, UPS, FedEx, etc.). It may take up to ten business days for your refund to be processed.

Since technically we are unable to perform an exchange, you will have to place a new order. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label so that you can return the item at no charge, then once it has been processed by the warehouse you will receive a refund.

Note: We are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges for Ali & Jay items purchased at other retail locations.

Returns Procedure

If you have an Ali & Jay account: Request a Return Authorization Slip by logging into your account and submitting a return request.

If you do not have an Ali & Jay account: Please send an email to customerservice@ali-jay.com with your name, order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for returning.

You will receive one e-mail confirming your request and a second containing a printable shipping label. Include a printout of the confirmation email in return package, and make sure it’s postmarked no later than 15 days from date of original purchase.

Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the shipper. Ali & Jay does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet that above return requirements at Ali & Jay's sole discretion.
