Shipping

Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed. Any weekend, holiday, or expedited order placed after 3pm PST will ship on the next business day. We will provide a UPS tracking number once your order has shipped. Ali & Jay cannot guarantee transit time as unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery once your package has left our facility.

Ali & Jay ships to the United States and most international addresses. We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses.

 

Delivery

USPS Ground

FREE for orders shipped within the continental US. Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days.

UPS 2-day

$20 Estimated delivery: 2 business days.

UPS Overnight

$30 Estimated delivery: 1 business day.

International: Currently we only ship to Canada.

$58 Estimated delivery: 5 -10 business days. UPS Worldwide. Customer is responsible for duties, taxes and return shipping. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase but that doesn’t always happen! Returns are free (we provide you with a return slip). Returns must be requested within 30 days from date of receipt. Return packages must be postmarked no later than 30 days from date of original purchase. Regularly priced merchandise may be returned for a full refund within the aforementioned time period. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged.

All returned items must be sent in their original packaging with all tags attached. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged.

Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. We do not refund original or return shipping charges and we recommend that you use a shipper that allows tracking (USPS Priority Mail, UPS, FedEx, etc.). It may take up to ten (10) business days for your refund to be processed.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time.  You will have to place a new order for the product you desire to purchase.  

Note: We are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges for Ali & Jay items purchased at other retail locations.

Please note that during promotion periods, promotional offers cannot be applied towards previous purchases.

 

Returns Procedure

To process a return, simply go to: returns.ali-jay.com. Once on the page, you’ll be required to enter your email address or shipping address zip code and order number. You’ll then select the items you desire to return. Once you complete the step by step return request process, you’ll receive a shipping label.

Please note, if your item(s) are final sale and/or outside the 30 day return period, you will not be able to use our automated returns process. Please email customerservice@ali-jay.com if you have any questions regarding either use case.

Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the shipper. Ali & Jay does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet that above return requirements at Ali & Jay's sole discretion.
